Two young researchers / clinicians, selected by a strict process, will have the opportunity to:
  • Present a 15 minutes speech for the first time in front of an international audience of 500 specialists;
  • Receive the personal feedback of the Presidents and Chairmen;
  • Be hosted by the congress that will take care of travel and accommodation costs.

FUTURE LEADERS’ MENTORING
Congresses and workshops remain an important way of continuing medical education after the University, therefore, it’s crucial to provide young specialists with instruments to keep themselves up-to-date and informed in an unbiased way. A limited number of Residents / PhD students in Respiratory Medicine will be accompanied throughout the congress in a tailored training. The aim is teaching them how to identify, synthetize and apply in daily life the most important messages provided during the main lectures of the workshop.
